I was always happy with them never had a bit of trouble. Then I went to them to see if they could take them off to have a full down console repaired for me. They quoted me a price, but then called me and said it wasn’t as involved as they thought it would be and actually reduced the price by a third. That is one honest business! I was driving to Wichita for an appointment when I heard a scratching noise in the back of my 2017 4Runner. After searching further, I realized there was a mouse (or something else) in the headliner. My niece contacted the shop and explained the situation and they told me to bring it in right away. They were able to remove the headliner and remove a large mouse nest with babies in it and another older nest without any damage to the vehicle. They examined the vehicle and learned that the mouse had chewed through the cabin filter to gain access into the vehicle. #farmlife. Luckily there was no wire damage. The experience was UNIQUE for all of us and we all got a good laugh. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the professionalism of this team. The price couldn’t be beat. I will definitely return if I need future work but hopefully next time has nothing to do with mice. Great experience. Great team.
